Brief

Hamiltons asked us to upgrade an existing office building in Uxbridge to Grade A standard and increase its floor area.

Response

We added new floors to the existing structure and reconfigured the core to create efficient, flexible Grade A office space.

The façade has a 50:50 balance of solid panels and glazing. Low-reflective glass brings plenty of daylight into the offices while controlling glare, and the solid areas give the building a strong presence.

Outcome

The refurbished building gives the client a modern, lettable office asset while keeping and reusing the existing structure.
