Studio Anyo are interior designers in London who are also architects. That means our interiors are fully coordinated with the building, from the structure and services to the last light fitting, and they work as well as they look.

We offer a turnkey interior design service, either alongside our architecture or as a standalone commission. Our style is playful-modern: bold colour and texture where people gather, calmer palettes where they work and rest, and robust, practical detailing throughout.

Areas of expertise

Hotel interior design We began by delivering CitizenM hotels to their designers’ concept, then reinterpreted Marriott brand standards for local context at Luton Airport and Edinburgh. We take hotels through detailed design, compliance and procurement, select furniture and lighting with specialist suppliers, and can be novated to the contractor for delivery. Lodge and leisure interiors We have designed luxury timber lodges for Landal and private clients, repositioning mid-market parks with a higher-end look. Student accommodation interiors We design lively, hard-wearing shared spaces that encourage students to meet and build a community.

Commercial interiors We strip units back to the frame and reimagine them, reusing existing fabric and layouts where we can and getting the most visual impact from tight budgets. Colour goes where spaces are busiest, with calmer palettes in the main work areas. See our commercial projects.

Our turnkey service covers:

  1. Concept. Mood, colour, materials and layout, built around your brand or your way of living.
  2. Detailed design. Joinery, lighting, finishes and services, fully coordinated with the building.
  3. Compliance. Fire, accessibility and brand standards checked as we design.
  4. Furniture, fixtures and equipment. Selection, specification and procurement with trusted suppliers.
  5. Delivery. Tender, site visits and snagging, or novation to the contractor.

Because we are architects as well as interior designers, we spot problems early and design interiors that suit the building rather than fight it.
