Welcome to Studio Anyo
Studio Anyo is an architecture and interior design practice with offices in London and Limerick. We specialise in modern methods of construction (MMC), and we help our clients achieve their development ambitions and investment returns.
We began by designing modular hotels for some of the UK’s best-known brands. Since then we have delivered residential, student, hotel, commercial and private home projects, built both traditionally and off site.
Who we work with
Our clients include developers, investors and operators in housing, hospitality and commercial property, as well as private homeowners. Clients we have worked for or alongside include CitizenM, Marriott, Berkeley, Bouygues and Legal & General.

Our services
Architecture A full architecture service, from feasibility and planning through to completion, combining creativity, technical skill and close collaboration.
Interior Design A turnkey interior design service, on its own or alongside our architecture. Our style is playful-modern, led by colour and texture.
Development Management We take on developments in partnership with clients, and manage larger schemes on their behalf.
MMC Adviser Independent advice on whether MMC suits your scheme, which system to use and how to procure it.
MMC Delivery Modular and offsite schemes designed and delivered end to end, with our network of manufacturers.
Remediation Cladding remediation and building safety work, including grant applications and Building Safety Regulator projects.

Studio Anyo is led by James Walsh, an ARB-registered architect and member of the RIBA. The practice holds patents for Strukturea, our own MMC system.
