Type: Show house interior design and styling

Brief

We were asked to dress the show house at Lime Grove, an award-winning development of houses and garden apartments. The interior needed a clean, contemporary look that would appeal to the client’s target buyers.

Response

After a design workshop and market research, we developed a scheme built on clean lines, natural light and open-plan living, using materials such as marble and glass.

The kitchen combines integrated appliances with generous storage. Bedrooms use neutral colours and soft textures, with a few bolder accents. Terraces and large windows connect the living spaces to the garden.

In the bathrooms we specified Porcelanosa natural stone-effect ceramic tiles with fittings from Hansgrohe, Villeroy & Boch and Architectura. Heated mirror pads and low-level LED lighting under the bath panels complete the specification.

The fittings were chosen to work as a base that buyers can personalise. We also styled the home for the marketing photoshoot.
