Brief

Capital Tower is an established office building in Waterloo that had become run down. The client wanted to refurbish it floor by floor and make each floor attractive to a wide range of tenants.

Response

We stripped the building back to its concrete frame and refurbished each floor to Cat A standard. Services were fully renewed, with new lifts and toilets.

A simple, minimal design makes the floors flexible and adaptable. We worked with individual tenants to plan their floors and maximise rental value.

The scheme includes a new reception, four large meeting rooms with a boardroom for 26 people, and a multi-use rooftop terrace next to the helipad.
