Brunel Place is a new office building in Slough town centre, designed to attract large corporate occupiers drawn by the Elizabeth line. It forms part of the regeneration of the town centre.

Response

The building has large, efficient floor plates and a double-height entrance. A unitised cladding system gave a high-quality, efficient façade.

Efficient heating and cooling and PIR-controlled lighting reduce energy use.

Facilities include secure undercroft parking, generous cycle storage, and showers and changing rooms.
