Brief

We designed a new apart-hotel concept based on components, so the system could be installed inside existing buildings.

Response

The components are rolled into place after removing a single façade panel, keeping disruption to the existing building to a minimum. The design aims to be fully plug-and-play for electrics and IT, and the concept was extended to front-of-house spaces at ground level.
