Brief

The scheme is part of a wider investment in Queensway. It brings three new residential buildings with 63 homes, eight of them affordable, and two office buildings with more than 52,000 sq ft of workspace.

Response

Planning consent has been secured. Each building is designed to improve the streetscape, with retail at street level.

The new residential block has been sold off plan.

Public realm improvements add greening and biodiversity, and works to Queens Court upgrade facilities for existing residents.

Outcome

The development is expected to act as a catalyst for further investment in Queensway.
