Brief

We worked with Manor Properties to create a new three-star hotel concept, using their Hull site as the first test project.

Response

Aimed at the open market rather than a single user group, the design takes a more mature approach that allows different unit arrangements across the client’s sites, so the concept can be adapted as it rolls out.
