Aimrok / DMD, Edinburgh
Location: Edinburgh
Client: Aimrok, with manufacturer DMD
Our role: MMC adviser and interior designer
Brief
Working in partnership with Polish manufacturer DMD, we created an MMC strategy and interior design concept so Aimrok could set up a framework agreement to deliver a series of student residential sites.
Response
We created a set of brand standards for MMC delivery, using DMD’s system design. A key objective was a suite of units that achieved the target look and feel, while still being able to revert to the existing planning permissions.
The design was then tested on several sites to make sure the approach worked for the wider roll-out.
