Brief

Room2 is a ‘hometel’ brand, a type of aparthotel that recreates the touches that remind guests of home. To support their European expansion programme and site appraisals, we developed an MMC solution and an interior design approach.

Response

We created a framework with existing MMC manufacturers, so Room2 could enter leases already knowing around 80% of the build cost. That cost certainty meant the developer could make offers on sites with far more confidence.
