We undertake developments in partnership with our clients and offer development management services on larger schemes. This means we take overall responsibility for the progress of a new property development on behalf of our client. This means providing construction project management, contract administration, procurement and client representative services.

Our partnership with The Asset Care see us fulfil this role where we design and manage developments for their investment fund. Roscap is a boutique finance advisory and private investment firm specialising in real estate who can help our clients access development funding.
Areas of expertise
Hotel development management
On the CitizenM Tower of London hotel project we were appointed as design manager but our role soon evolved into joint lead as development manager. In that role, we successfully guiding the project to completion. We continue to work with CitizenM Hotels. Working closely with innovative MMC manufacturer Polcom Group, now Molo Hotels Group, we led the development of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel adjacent to Oriam, Scotland’s Sport Performance Centre on the campus of Heriot Watt University.
MMC procurement
We can procure directly from a range of MMC suppliers, particularly BK Gulf for whom we are design a new modular factory in Abu Dhabi. Acting as the single point of contact, we manage the entire construction process, orchestrating the collaboration between our clients and the nominated suppliers.
