Upton Lofts
We worked to redevelop the former parade of retail and residential upper parts, in the conservation area near the New Cross rail station and Forest Gate.
Upton Lofts is for ten apartments and three townhouses, inspired by the Art Deco history associated with the area.
We worked alongside a local art group throughout the planning process and the building includes permanent installations from local artist Laura Knight.
This development is the first major scheme in Forest Gate ahead of the Cross-Rail line opening in 2021.
We carried out the planning submission, interior design and delivery.
