Working intimately with each tenant, our mission was clear—optimise the floorplates while curatorially crafting the unique essence of every workspace. Each design choice was a celebration of individuality, ensuring every office is not just functional but reflective of its occupants’ ambitions and character. Natural light floods through large windows, mingling with contemporary aesthetics to create an inviting atmosphere that inspires collaboration and creativity.

This refurbishment is a bold statement, showcasing that even icons can evolve. With modern amenities and a fresh, cohesive design, Capital Tower now provides a dynamic environment where business thrives. It is more than just a building; it’s a reimagined community hub that fosters connection amidst the bustling rhythm of London life. In the heart of London, a transformation unfolded, breathing new life into a once-neglected structure. Stripped back to its concrete frame, we embarked on a floor-by-floor refurbishment, weaving modernity into each corner while ensuring compliance with Cat A standards. Our meticulous attention to detail, including a complete renewal of services along with new lift and toilet facilities, was driven by the necessity to cater to a diverse client base, each with unique accommodation requirements.

As the urban landscape evolved, so too did our design ethos. We embraced a minimalistic yet striking aesthetic, architecting spaces that not only look impressive but also enhance functionality and adaptability. Understanding the competitive dynamics of the letting market, our innovative solutions maximised the rental potential of each floor, ensuring that every office became a canvas for creativity and collaboration.

Our journey began at the reception, setting the standard for excellence, and climbed upwards to floors adorned with breath-taking views of London’s skyline. With four generously sized meeting rooms, including a boardroom that comfortably accommodates 26, we created environments where ideas can flourish and connections deepen. The crowning glory, however, is the rooftop terrace—a multi-functional experience space paired with a helipad, encapsulating the essence of luxury and practicality. This project is more than a refurbishment; it’s a bold statement of what modern office spaces can—and should—be.
