We are a personable architectural business whom supports our clients achieve their development ambitions, led by our principal, James Walsh ARB RIBA.  We aim to ensure we can provide a wide range of services and bring together an experienced team to ensure your project achieves it’s investment returns.  StudioAnyo is a modernist design led practice that thrives on challenging developments where our expertise’s and skill set can add real value.  We are problem solvers whom have the competency to deliver on your vision. 

Our aim is to design creative and sustainable buildings that maximises the site potential and ensure a valuable Planning Permission is achieved and can be delivered.  Our project sizes ranges from £2m to £40m, primarily in London but as many of our clients are cornerstone clients, we work with them in a wide variety of locations as they require.  Our sectors focuses around their opportunities and we have undertaken projects in Residential, Student Residential, Hotels, Leisure and Commercial projects.  We have delivered numerous Planning Permission in London and throughout the UK where we have built relationships with local Planners Officers. 

We can offer turnkey solutions through our Interior Design service where we can ensure the internal spaces complement the architecture.  We have a specialism in MMC projects (Modern Methods of Construction) and offer a MMC adviser and a MMC delivery service to developers and manufacturers.  The practice has recently submitted a cladding remedial grant submission and we are working on a number of BSR projects. We have undertaken small scale developments in partnership with our clients and offer Development Management services on larger schemes.  We strive to design outstanding buildings that sustain the needs of society and demonstrate our ability to support your investment returns with sound delivery.
