In the heart of Manchester, where the pulse of progress beats strongest, we reimagined the iconic Manchester House, now known as Tower 12. Our vision was clear: transform the upper floors into a vibrant open-plan office that seamlessly blends functionality with an invigorating atmosphere. With a nod to modern design ethos, we created flexible, collaborative spaces where innovation thrives — a sanctuary of productivity surrounded by sweeping views of the cityscape.

On the ground floor, we carved an inviting new passageway through the existing structure, aptly named Avenue North, breathing life into the Spinningfield masterplan. This thoroughfare not only enhances connectivity but also showcases a striking new façade and a state-of-the-art Waitrose store, adding a dynamic retail element to the building’s offering. We are proud to have crafted a mixed-use facility that cultivates both work and leisure, making it a cornerstone of community engagement.

Beginning at the reception and ascending through the floors, each level was meticulously refurbished to meet exceptional standards, culminating in a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The workspace is not just an office; it’s a lifestyle, perfectly tailored to the modern urban professional. Local London now occupies the upper floors, commanding stunning views and embracing collaboration with four expansive meeting rooms, including a boardroom that comfortably accommodates 26 individuals. Tower 12 exemplifies the spirit of Manchester — bold, ambitious, and undeniably ready for the future.
