As we embarked on the IQ Nottingham project, our vision was to intertwine this rich local heritage with the sophisticated ethos of the IQ brand. Collaborating closely with the local architect provided us with invaluable insights, ensuring that our design not only resonates with the community but also stands tall as a beacon of modern living.
The front of house emerges as a captivating introduction, where sleek lines meet warm, inviting textures that reflect the spirit of Nottingham. A bold colour palette, inspired by the city’s iconic architecture, complements the modern furnishings, while curated local artwork infuses an element of storytelling. Each piece serves as a nod to the city’s past, seamlessly tying it to the contemporary lifestyle IQ embodies.
Moving into the rooms, the styling continues to evoke a sense of place while adhering to the unyielding standards of the IQ brand. Thoughtfully selected furnishings in plush, earthy tones create serene havens, encouraging relaxation and productivity. Every detail, from the bespoke lighting to the innovative layout, has been meticulously crafted to deliver both comfort and functionality, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
In this design narrative, we aim not just to create spaces, but to foster connections—between residents, the local culture, and the IQ identity.
