Planning Permission

Working with a Private Developer, and closely with the Local Authority we have gained planning permission for the conversion of a locally listed former school building, along with new build modern homes within the grounds. We are appointed by the client to continue working our way through the RIBA plan of work stages to stage 6.

The scheme really will be something special with a private landscaped courtyard providing access access to all dwellings formed from the sensitive conversion of the former school building.
