Working with Investin, we delivered a reposition of Quay House from a state of dilapidation to a coworking space to allow the building to become income generating while a redevelopment solution was progressed. This involved a light refurbishment maintaining the maximum amount of internal fabric, the space was upgraded technically and repositioned with a new interior design look and feel.
The design aim to target the creative side of Canary Wharf, the largest growing sector and start-ups. The look and feel is modern and looks to use colour and graphic approach to create patterning in the space, reusing existing elements where possible
