APART-HOTEL
ANYO were invited to redesign the Room2 ‘hometel’ (home + hotel) room to produce a full scale prototype which will allow the client developer to undertake modular building themselves and also offer this as a turnkey solution to other land owners or where there is a management deal proposed.
Our interior design concept had to marry up careful brand information with a strong desire to create a sense of home within a short to mid stay apart-hotel type offer. The aim is to have 3-5 live projects a year of 200 units per block over the coming years.
