STUDENT RESIDENTIAL
Studio ANYO are developing an interior design proposal for the amenity space in an existing 150 bedroom student residential building in Bankside, London. The scheme involves a planning application to relocate the bicycle storage from the basement into the courtyard garden in order to accommodate a gym and private dining facility for the residents. The design will reinvigorate what is a dated and corporate feeling space currently into a mixed zone space with vibrant materials and colour palette to reflect the growing needs of the students.
Having developed the initial interior concept design and planning application through to the detailed construction packages we are now progressing to the complex phased site works, whilst maintaining full occupancy of the building. The project is due for completion in Q4 later this year and is the first of a number of schemes we are excited to be working on with iQ Student Accommodation.
