The Dudden Hill Development consists of four blocks housing 144 Flats, a Creche, and a Cafe. The site and its topography and unrestricted context allowed for a series of tall, slender blocks. The Facade materials are Brick and Concrete with metal railings. Concrete feature panels are tinted. The front block houses a cafe and a creche on the ground floor. Water features guide the main path through the site, the main Square to the residential development. A central planter with seating populates the square which had to be left open and hard-surfaced to allow for fire access. The entrance to the garden at the lower level of the site leads to the playground and pond at the lowest level. The massing of the blocks is broken into higher and lower elements, with a bulkier facade segmentation to the lower part and slimmer profiles to the taller parts. Vertical facade elements, slabs, and pillars are predominantly brick, horizontal bands profiled concrete. Feature slabs are coloured concrete.
