The 1970’s tower block is a local icon in Waterloo and has served the office community with serviced office accommodation through the years. Bourne Capital have undertaken a complete floor by floor refurbishment stripping it back to the concrete frame and constructed new offices to Cat A with full service renewal including new lift and toilet accommodation.
Studio Anyo has supported the ongoing refurbishment and developed floor by floor interior design solutions to support different user requirements and accommodation strategies. In the fast moving pace of change on the letting strategy, we have provided interior design solutions to ensure incoming tenants are realised and maximise the rental potential of each floor. The design approach is suitably modern minimalist with an element of playfulness as there is an open mixed client base whom have a variety of design requirements.
